A new global paradigm shift is happening at this very moment. Society, business, and how we interact has changed forever! What do you need to be consciously thinking about in response to all the changes taking place in your organization?

Now is the time to ensure you have 4-way alignment for short and long-term survival. Your leadership, organizational values and behaviours, systems and processes, mission and vision all need to be in alignment to successfully achieve group cohesion for maximum organizational health

In this free webinar, Joanna Barclay, recognized Organizational Culture Change Expert, CEO of Culture Leadership Group, global speaker and author of Conscious Culture, will speak on the 4-way alignment framework for leading Whole-System Change.

Personal alignment: There must be an alignment between the values and beliefs of individuals, and their words, actions and behaviours. This is particularly important for the leadership group. It is important that leaders are authentic and walk their talk.

Values alignment: There must be an alignment between the personal values of leaders and the stated values of the organization. It is important that all employees feel at home in the organization and can bring their whole selves to work.

Structural alignment: There must be an alignment between the stated values of the organisation, and the behaviours of the organization as they are reflected in the structures, systems, processes, policies, incentives and procedures of the organisation. It is important that the values are institutionalised

Vision alignment: There must be an alignment between sense of motivation and purpose of all employees, and      the mission and vision of the organization. It is important that every employee, manager and leader has a clear line of sight between the work they do each day and the mission or vision of the organization, so they      know how they make a difference.

Please join this free Zoom conversation on Wednesday April 29, 2020 from 10:00 – 10:30AM Eastern Standard Time. Simply RSVP to join us!
